Experienced and Respected. Each of the four attorneys in our firm – Deborah Luxenberg, Stephen D. Johnson, Dorrance D. Dickens, and Kim Hibsch – is a seasoned attorney. Together they represent a total of 85 years of legal experience and some two centuries of life experience.

Skilled, savvy, and sought-after. All of the attorneys at Luxenberg, Johnson, & Dickens, PC are skilled advisors, strategists, and negotiators. Judges and other attorneys often call our senior attorneys to facilitate alternative dispute resolutions, to act as advisors, to mediate, and to unravel complex cases.

The firm enjoys a reputation for exceptional expertise in crafting advantageous resolutions of cases through negotiation, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, collaborative law, and common sense, but we are not afraid of a courtroom. The senior attorneys at Luxenberg, Johnson, & Dickens, PC are skilled litigators and know that court action will often set the stage for a reasonable settlement. At no time, however, do we recommend settlements that may be easy resolutions but may not serve our clients’ best interests.
